I knew this baby wasn't coming today.
Curious what you second time Mommies and so on have done or planning to do when it comes to labor.
Are you driving down the road as soon as contractions hit close, or when water breaks, or?

I didn't go to the hospital until the contractions were pretty unbearable.

@jleona when you arrived did your water already break or how long did it take for it to get to that point?

I went to labor and delivery when i woke up with contractions they were a min apart and when i got there i was 5cm and went to 10cm in 30 mins. The day before i used my yoga ball all day long. I had my daughter at 40 weeks exactly

@wolfnurturer with my second they actually had to break it for me because I was dilating, but my water wouldn't break. With my daughter my water didn't break until I was fully dilated and started pushing her out. They didn't want to break my water with her because I tested positive for Group B Strep.

@denisse.m oh wow. I haven't been trying to do anything to kick start anything. Just had a little scare but didn't want to go in unless they were close and/or water broke. I never had BH with my first pregnancy so it's been here and there with those lately and today it felt like the real deal but stopped.

@jleona oh ok, thanks!! This actually has informed me some because I also tested positive but I'm not sure if my doctor wants me in during the close contractions or if I can wait until water breaks or something.

with my first i had strep b and my waters broke so i had to go right the way for the antibiotics

@josefa my first was so complicated, didn't know I was in labor or my water broke and when I arrived with close contractions I want even dialated but things didn't go that slow imo

Same as @jleona, I waited till they were really bad. My labor started at 5:30 AM I went in at 7:30 and had him at 9 AM
