Me and my partner got our little girls name picked, family and friends know, I call her it they all refer to her by it. I went to school with 2 other girls who are both pregnant with girls and I really want to post it on social media, because my head is making me think they’ll name theirs the same and I wanna do it first😂 I mentioned it to my boyfriend and his reply was “what if she comes out and we don’t think it suits her?” But I really can’t imagine her anything else! Basically my question is have you announced the name before birth or had name right up until birth and changed it last minuet?

I’ve left subtle clues but I haven’t actually officially announced it! It’ll be done official when we have a picture of him to go with it 😌 but if you’re definitely certain on the name then there’s no harm in it! It’s your choice at the end of the day, everyone does things differently xx

I had a name picked right until I have birth and then said nah he doesn't look like that and gave him a different name, we as already told family, friends and people who asked us if we had a name. I won't be doing that this time, part from not having a name that i love yet, I don't want to tell anyone names I like and defo won't be settled 100% on a name until she is born incase I change my mind again 😂 x

We had a name eight from the start.... Reffered to him as it the whole pregnancy.... Couldn't have called him anything else! Didn't even second think it when they asked what we where calling him. Xx

I would keep it to yourself cause bitches do nick names🤣 but also if their babies are due first it might look like you’ve copied their name! I didn’t name my daughter for 5 days but everyone else I know that had the name before birth kept the same name xx
