Decided not to breastfeed anymore starting formula because it’s honestly overwhelming and giving me anxiety this time around... I just feel so guilty 😢... this is what happens when ppl judge women, we can’t make a decisions without beating ourselves up about it

Breastfeeding can be very overwhelming. I pump and my baby gets bottles mostly during the day now so others can help me. I find it’s much more stressful when you have more than one kid to take care of and you’re the only one that can feed your baby. I definitely say do what you feel is right for YOU and your baby. If that’s formula, then there is nothing wrong with that. A happy, less stressed mommy means a happy baby.

Do what’s best for you! Sometimes formula is the best option because it puts YOU in a better headspace. Happy momma happy baby ❤️

Oh girl people will judge no matter what you do.. fuk the haters and do you. If people got a problem karma will get their ass. They are bitter hateful people.. I mean let’s say people judge you for doing formula and not Breast milk you can’t say I’m not gng to feed my baby formula either.. either way people will talk so do you and forget the rest. It’s about you and baby and no one else
