You never updated on the situation. Didn’t you have a consult with a neuro and we said to go to get a helmet? So what all happened?

@cams, I went to a maxilliofacial surgery doctor and she evaluated his head to see if there was Brain damage or torti-something or stiffness in his neck. He has nothing of the above. He simply just has a flat head in the back. She said he will need a helmet and she made us an appointment at the ‘hanger’ clinic. He said he has brachycephaly. He told us that he is super old to be getting a helmet and that if it doesn’t work to not be disappointed and that his head literally could be meant to be flat like this since it’s been this way his whole life. He told me about how the helmet works and he did head scans on maddux to get the right measurements. He told me he’d be wearing it 23 hours a day up until he was 15 months old

@buntaine, yes that’s true. Longer you wait, the less likelihood it will work. I’m glad you got him in one now and i hope it helps him. 🙏🏻

@cams, well I didn’t wait. His old doctor didn’t think he needed a helmet so I being a young and new mom didn’t know what to do so finally I switched doctors. Makes me mad that this doctor led me the wrong way . Thank you, I hope it helps too!
