@braford.family.adventures, Yeah they have a call nurse but I have a massive blood clot in my leg and if I even mention my leg or back hurting they are going to call me into the ER and it’s 2hrs away and I know 100% that this is not blood clot pain. I just don’t want to start that conversation lol

@jellybeans_mumm, girl yes! This pain just started while I was driving my son to his dentist appointment thismorning at like 10am and it has NOT got away at all. I wanna die but I refuse to take any pain meds 😫

Only ones I could really do was sitting down with my feet presses together (I think they call it the butterfly or something) and then lean forward or sit on the bed or couch and twist like you’re trying to crack your back but hold the position for a minute to stretch it out. I also had my husband rub my back and hip and took Tylenol when it was really bad. The chiropractor can help if you can see one.

Try rolling on a tennis ball or have a tennis ball rolled over the spot that hurts. Also a tension band or a towel to pull you leg back , bent at the knee, towards your side and hold for as long as you can!
