If I'm not mistaken I think they do the vaginal one that early but just to make sure you can always call them and ask

My doc did a vaginal ultrasound at my 10 week. I don’t think they can see anything with a regular one that early

Well i went and paid for one at 6 weeks and they did a regular one and they saw everything. Idk if they gave the equipment to do it that way or not. Im hoping they dont need to lol

I was 12 weeks when I went in for an appt they tried to do a transvaginal one but baby was too big so they did an abdominal one
