They sell baby qtips that are fat so they don’t go inside the ear that I use

Do not stick q tip in ear canal but you can clean around the outer portion of the ear

gently use a q tip. i do it after every bath

Just a damp facecloth and your finger on the outside. What’s meant to come out will on it’s own.
