Does anyone get mad cravings for something and automatically think your pregnant again, I neeed…

Actually it's been proven that you crave something cuz your body is missing an element in that item... I had a "friend" tell me she was pregnant had to be because she craved ice cream and pickles (her younger sister and I were pregnant at that time so this was like 8 almost 9 yrs ago) she didn't take a at home test called her doctors office told them she was pregnant and set up an appointment well she went in they did a test it came back negative she demanded to know why she had the cravings if she wasn't pregnant.... I think after that she decided she never wanted kids both her and her husband had some medical issues they didn't wanna pass on to children
