Hi I'm a new member. I live in Dartmouth, NS. I have a 1 year old girl. I've been on maternity leave this past year and am returning to work soon! I think it's going to be the hardest thing I've ever done.

My first day back was today! It was surprisingly not as bad as I expected but baby girl kept me up all night so I was a total zombie. I missed her so much though gave her a dozen kisses and hugs when I saw her

I was lucky enough to return to work in slow increments. A couple afternoons a week, etc. I went back early to do it but it made our transition easier, especially since my son was EBF and refused to take a bottle. First few times were rough but it got easier. Just hang in there and know you're doing it for your baby. 🙂

What makes it also easier for me is the idea of something to look forward to when I come home... my beautiful baby girl! 😊
