Update: my daughter wasnt getting enough milk cause she couldnt fully latch on to my nipple and it cause my milk supply to drop but i got some tea and will start back pumping today... thanks ladies

karnamarie I asked my Doctor and he said it might make baby sleepy but it wasn't a problem
