I havent teied it. Ive been cooking it now for a while because it wont turn! Im getting soooo irritated

Did it get up to the correct temperature

Usually it takes a long time but once it’s there you have to be careful not to burn it

Equal parts sugar and water method , wet sand method or dry method ?

I did the wet method and idts so i cranked up the heat and it turned so i hope to God it tastes good.

It should thicken up tho right?!?! Its looks super runny 😣😣😣
