Ok call your insurance and get the fax/ phone number to give to your Dr. Your Dr. Then has to call it into your insurance company like a new prescription. This is what the process for my insurance company was. Your insurance company will direct you to a website that lists the available pumps too.

Fill out the form through Aeroflow Inc or Edgepark. They'll tell you what your insurance covers and do all the work for you.
