I had a follow up ultrasound at 22 weeks and she was facing my back. I haven’t felt her moving around much since a week or so ago. Is this normal at 23+4?

With facing your back yes, it is much harder to feel movement. I have an anterior placenta and he is super low and facing my back. I only get twinges still at 28 weeks. But if ever you're concerned it is always best to get checked out.

@jessig2006, I just called and asked the nurse. She said that’s likely why I’m not feeling her but said I should come in just to be safe. So I’m going in at 4 to have them do a heart monitor check.
