@michellewiggins1985 it's a dog allergy. He's 9 months, been around my mother's dog and my partner ls fathers dog and never shown any signs of a dog allergy before. X
Ive never seen hives caused by teething, but some people say teething can cause all kinds of reactions. Aslong as he seems well in himself it should be fine to just keep an eye on him. I tend to panic with reactions as my eldest had a severe one once, so it might be best to watch how he reacts to food that is relatively new to him, especially looking for if his mouth looks swollen or extra red and his breathing is steady. Fingers crossed it wont be anything to worry about and will clear up quickly x
Does it blanch? Id say its hives though, if hes had a runny nose, sneezing or cold like symptoms today it would be worth having him checked over as they can be signs of a allergic reaction aswell. If not then it should go down on its own x
