God I wish I would stop throwing up ... I didn’t have this problem my first pregnancy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@misscottontail, Have you tried sucking on peppermint candies? Drinking Gatorade/Powerade? Popsicles? Just a few things that helped me for awhile. I know there’s not much that can be done unless you ask your doctor to prescribe you nausea medicine.

@melissaredfield87, u know I just ate a peppermint and felt better ice pops I live but never thought of that and I been meaning to eat Gatorade 🤦🏽‍♀️

@misscottontail, That’s great! I stocked up on Peppermint candies and sucked on them constantly, now I can’t stand the smell of one😂I couldn’t eat much either until 16 weeks hit then I started to get my appetite back.

@melissaredfield87, that describes me now. I’ve lost 9 pounds since I started getting sick. I chew on ice and sip on lukewarm Canada Dry ginger ale because I can’t stand Seagrams. Little round peppermints with not so much sugar has helped and I have phenergan for if its really bad, but it knocks me out.

@melissaredfield87, everyone has also pointed to some kind of popsicles? They’re supposed to help with nausea. My cousin swears by them

@1818.whiterabbit, They are called Preggie Pops and contain Vitamin B6, but I just buy the regular popsicles in my local grocery store lol and they have helped my stomach feel less nauseous. Salt crackers, or pretzels also helped me. I get super sick with my girls and this is my third one.

Yea I’ve lost like 10/11 lbs I can’t wait for this stage to be over hopefully doesn’t last my whole pregnancy my grandma said she swore she was going to throw my uncle up lol
