A lot of symptoms can seem like pregnancy. Are you late for your period ? If so , take a test . Testing will be the only way to know .

My one symptom is that I had first day period cramping for 3 days but no blood. I tested on the 3rd day and it was positive.

@expectinggreatness yeah definitely late I was trying to wait till the end of the week to test to see if i come on but if nothing comes i will take one

@penelope127 I've been having some cramping too and I was on my period for three days last month

1. Well no period of course

2. Lots of nausea

3. Bloating

4. Tired

5. Food and smell adverions

I was 5 weeks

@jaebaby779, cramping is either implantation or start of your period. You don’t really know until 3 days later. That’s how long it takes for the hcg to register in your blood. Good luck!

I missed my period for a month (which due to my PCOS was not too strange) I actually only tested because my nipples started getting darker. I never suffered from morning sickness or anything like that. Oh and I had some cramping through out the month I missed my period but I attributed to period pain.

I was a little over 4 weeks when I actually found out
