My mother in law really got irritated that my baby stuff was in her way to change her grandson that should have never came in the first place there was no reason for her to even be here she was just an inconvenience. Wish my mother could’ve been here she would’ve actually helped me and let me get some sleep and make sure I was good I’m so thankful I have my mother and can’t wait till she comes for my birthday next weekend 😩

That’s so rude. It reminds me of my MIL. Reason why I never have her around. Bare in mind she told us to get an abortion when we came to her about the news when we were pregnant. Thank god for our actual moms who know how to be great grandmothers as well

@emily_02, wow I wouldn’t have her around either if she wanted u to get an abortion. My mother in law keeps complaining about having to take care of him but no one told her to bring him and expects everyone else to take care of him when I’m the one who gave birth and needed the help

@nikki9109, No one would. It was hard but I’d rather not have people like that around myself or my child regardless if it’s my husbands own mother. And I completely understand. She’s probably making it worse for you instead of helping and allowing you to rest, as you should be

Me and my mom,don't speak ever since I was pregnant she was so mean to me. But my mother in law stepped up and helped me thru my pregnancy like a mom. Once i had my son I only wanted my SO around the baby I couldnt stand veing around my mother in law I felt she was extra around the baby and didn't wanna do things my way. She is one of those people who knows everything so does it her way. So,I ended up not needing her help and figuring it all out on my own
