31 days late for my period negative tests going to try this has anyone else tried?

The ob seems to think it’s normal. Women go without a period up to 6 months coming off of birth control. In fact I had a period 35 days after I got off of birth control as a withdrawal bleed I could have skipped over a period due to stress or a million other things so before you say it’s not normal do some research. Post pill amenorrhea look it up.

You may do more harm than good taking all kinds of supplements. @vini28, I believe she opted out of medication to induce period

I had 6 "normal" cycles after birth control and then went a year with only 2 periods. It's super common which is why I will never take another BC pill. @ekagle32 maybe focus on like a cleanse? Or try a paleo diet for a bit? I dont know if it worked for me or if it really was just time but I did eventually cycle and have my 2 kids. They found out that while I was on the pill, my body was creating cysts when it was supposed to be ovulating and I had 50/60 cysts on my ovaries (roughly the length of time in months I was on the pill) so it just took time to clear out. Good luck girl, I finally just got mine after BFing, it will happen!!

I drank that tea and loved it!! Totally noticed a hormonal difference and had an all around better mood while I drank it

@boymamaof1, yay! I’m hoping it induces my period. My ob also recommended this

@ekagle32, are you still drinking this tea? I just started! Wanted to see how/if you noticed anything while taking it?

@evildrporkchop I stopped drinking it but I’m about to start again I always forget to drink it but it tastes really good
