TMI.. My ob said I have had a miscarriage and they know because of the blood work and my hormones went down and they are not supposed to do that. But I have barely been bleeding for the past 6 weeks of me being pregnant. Like not heavy bleeding. I went to the hospital on Thursday first and they had taken an ultrasound and confirmed the pregnancy and it was in the right place and my cervix was completely shut. Then I went again on Saturday after passing a possible blood clot.. possible miscarriage (PICTURE IS IN THE COMMENTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO SEE ANYTHING GROSS DO NOT LOOK!!) But I have not been bleeding anymore even when that happened. And now I have a brownish blood and it’s like spotting. Please tell me opinions?? I still feel pregnant and I really want to be. Please tell me all the advice you can 😞

@queen_bee, mine were the two worst days of my life. It’s not something you just forget about, but it is something you will find a way to eventually work through and allow it to make you so much stronger than you think you could ever be. I took time off of work/school and I let myself grieve. If you work, I definitely suggest taking time off. If you have the support, let someone watch your older children so you can just focus on your emotions and your own grief for a little bit. You’ll really will get through it, I promise.

@mommytok, thank you for the information.. and I am really broken.. I have been crying all day and can’t stop thinking about my baby.. idk how to cope with this. I just don’t think this is something I can heal from. I’ve been through so much and this just seems to be my breaking point 😞

As already commented above, that is the sac that you passed. Being so early on, you very well could already be done bleeding. You may spot for awhile more. Unless you start running a fever, my opinion is stay home. There’s no reason to put yourself through sitting in the ER when you already passed the sac. If anything ends up being left you would run a fever, THEN they’d talk about a D&C but it’s definitely not standard for everyone to get one. I’m so so sorry for the pain you’re going through. I’ve had two miscarriages, around the same gestation, and it was heartbreaking. If you ever need to talk, I’m here 💕

I think you should go back to ER now .....so you had a miscarriage 6 wks ago and are pregnant now again so soon? A bit confused on your post.. after a miscarriage you might have some cells still in you that didn't come out( did u have a d&c after).

@queen_bee It seems that way. I've seen a lot of miscarriage blood clots from working ER many years ago as a tech -- nurses would show us as a learning experience before sending it to the lab to be confirmed. They were always crescent moon shaped. I can't say for certain 100% -- but that's exactly what it appears to be.

@queen_bee That's the sac, the second pic. I'm sorry. You may not bleed a lot since you were so early into your pregnancy. The brown blood is old blood that's been there. You may start to bleed again. If you are still concerned, in a couple of days take a test.
