Not sure if it’s too late to give some advice lol I left the app for awhile. I only give Tylenol when running a fever but I never medicated my baby before she turned 1. Also do not use oragel until your child is at least 2, it can numb their throat if swallowed and cause choking. Mostly I use cold objects and a variety of teething toys. My daughter loved gnawing on frozen fruit because the cold relieves the pain and it’s a yummy treat, plus they thaw decently while chewing. You don’t want anything that is too hard. As for toys my daughter loved the banana shaped one with bristles because it is super gummy-like and actually relieves pressure versus the ones that are just hard plastic. You can also try chamomile soothing tablets, they’re all natural and provide some relief. I hope this helps!

Looks like the tooth is just bursting though and has caused a bit of bleeding. Keep an eye on it but it looks ok to me.
