😭 i feel so yucky today! Nothing is helping.
I got a headache and feel nasouse! So i ate and went back to sleep and also took Tylenol for the headache. Woke up and the headache is still there and felt worse from the crazy pregnancy dreams. Drank lots of water showered eating again and i still don't feel good.😭😭

i always get nausea if i eat and go straight to sleep maybe do light walking around the neighborhood if its not too hot out

@brittanymhestehave great idea, its actually raining on and off. But going to hubbys softball game. If it rains ill probably be stuck sitting in a car so i dont get sick.
