I don’t think my baby girl is going to stay put until 9-4...

That’s exactly how I feel about my baby boy. I’m due 9/16 but already 2cm displayed and 50% effaced and he’s 4lbs. Yet I’m only 31wks

I'm 9/29 have constant contractions and 4cm dilated. I went into labor on the 4th and wasn't discharged until that sunday when docs were finally able to slow down my contractions.

@mumof3.5, I’m going to ask them to check me today because they never check me bc I’m having a C-section. But I feel like she will be coming soon. All the signs are there

@chelleyb93, What did they do to stop them? Have you a shot? I bet you’re on strict bed rest now huh?

Yes I got 2 steroid shots for baby boys lungs and I was put on procartia which it blood pressure medication but in my case it help space out the contractions. The first night I has on magnesium for 24hrs which also is supposed to help with contractions. I'm supposed to be on strict bed rest but I have a 15 month old that doesn't allow for that

You have preeclampsia?

@maloaug, I didn’t think my doctor would check because normally she just says it normal BH contractions but when I told it they were causing back pain and a lot of pressure then she got concerned. I’m on bed rest now but like @chelleyb93, I have a 5,3, and 3 yr old I take care of.

@mumof3.5, yeah I hear you. Anytime they mention bed rest I’m always like yeah ok. Lol They told me they were going to check me before I even asked them to I guess bc of how I was walking. But she’s measuring a week and a half ahead... so... I’m packing my bags this week

@mumof3.5 I'm dealing with the lower abdominal pressure and back pain also. It seems to get worse at night for me.

@chelleyb93, yessss! My whole stomach gets hard as I feel nothing but pressure and pain in my back🤦🏽‍♀️. These babies is not trying to stay until they time.

@mumof3.5, No they have a mind of their own. All my pain and pressure is in my pelvic area.

I can't soak with Epsom salt anymore because of how dilated I am. 😥😥😥😥
