Any of you ladies have a fear of flying? We're going to Florida on Wednesday with my family. It's only a 2.5 hr flight but I'm freaking out. Any suggestions? I'm hoping Ella will be a good distraction for me but I'll gladly accept advice. 😁

@cit0.bunni of course! I came over from Russia when I was young and have since taken 11-15 hour flights overseas to New Zealand and Australia a handful of times. Shorter flights are more fun and I'm sure you daughter will be so interested in what's happening that you won't be able to concentrate on your nerves :) best luck

Dont think so much about it. Focus on your breath and take steady deep breaths. Chew gum before take off and before landing. If you feel any turbulance, don’t focus on the movements and just sing your favorite song in your head like you are auditioning for American Idol 🤣 &’ or think of your favorite place and imagine you are there. I flew and taken a boat : ferry so often and a lot of it was alone. So ive had to sit with strangers, flight attendants, or in my own cabin. It scared me in the beginning but have gotten used to it. Having something to snack on always helped too.
