Ladies. I'm wondering if I can use sudocrem on my bits? I've got a second degree tear, it's opened up but I've been told to just see how it heals. It's not too painful atm but it's very itchy down there. Feels like a bit of thrush or could just be where new skin is growing? I dunno. But is sudocrem going to be okay to use? I really don't want to make it worse but I'd love to ease the itching.

No I wouldn’t put sudocream
On it or anything open. I would keep it aired clean and dry. Maybe try bath in a cool bath to help the itch but I wouldn’t put anything on it yet

Try putting some lavender oil in a warm bath 😊 don't put anything on it as may not heal as it really needs to dry out x

@kayleighbean1 I'm a bit too nervous about adding anything to the bath. Feel a bit anxious about doing that. I'll just keep it clean n dry x

Look up padsicles. They work wonders for after birth healing

@they-see-me-trollin I've heard about them but I don't have aloe vera or witch hazel and I don't get paid till Wednesday so I can't really afford anything till then :/ I was looking for something to work that I already have in my house x

@clarelushx, you could try just freezing a couple of pads for now. The cold should help the itching.
