My fiance went back after a week. I had a c section too so was very sore! But it was absolutely fine I loved having a little one to occupy my mind xx

I was so scared when my husband went back to work after paternity leave but you’ll probably surprise yourself and your maternal instinct will just kick in and you’ll be just fine☺️ I made a list of what might be wrong if baby cried: hungry, tired, nappy etc in case I got in a flap🤣 xx

Thank you all for sharing! I'm super anxious as I really don't like leaving Riley in a room alone even just whilst I go for a pee. Having my partner at home has really helped me and I'm honestly a little worried about him not being around ☹ xx
