Hey, hi, I’m Bree! We are trying for our second baby! (I’m fuckin stoked!) I just got my mirena removed on Thursday, I’ve had it for three years. I don’t know if that makes any difference, but I was wondering how it went for other moms after mirena taken out? Difficulties? Super easy? What was it like getting pregnant after the mirena?

I haven't heard anything negative with getting it removed.

My work colleague had her Mirena our and then 4 weeks later found out she was preggers. She is now 14 weeks

I don't know personally but most stories I've heard were very soon after removal! 🤞🏼

I had one for about three years and my cycles returned to normal right away. I conceived the second month we tried after it was removed. But I have heard of some ladies taking a while to regulate after removal...
