Does the husband stitch actually exist? I’ve read some stuff that says it does and I’ve read stuff…

@incognit0, from what I’ve read it’s an extra stitch the dr can give you that apparently helps you tighten back up after having a baby.

They say it’s a myth to cover their asses because it’s usually done against the mother’s knowledge. It’s done for the fathers. Sick ☹️

And mostly male doctors do it ☹️

Yes I’ve heard of this. Most times it’s without moms knowledge and it can cause serious pain during sex. The husband stitch isn’t even needed since the vagina is a muscle

It’s not necessary and often causes pain during sex.

@santistevanmommie, ouch!!!! I had tons of stitches, but wouldn’t have wanted even one more that wasn’t necessary.

@amysbabies, the worst is that most times the women don’t even know it’s happened because the dr won’t even tell you.
