Did anyone have taco Bell hot sauce before they went into labor. I'm still trying to speed things up since these contractions have been pretty brutal the last few days and because 3-4cm dilated.

I only use diablo and fire it’s not spicy enough. Maybe get some habanero peppers and make some salsa at home that’ll be spicy. But I agree with @shayybear take a warm bath
