We thought the gentlease would solve my baby’s gas and colic issues but now she’s back to it so I got nutramigen to see if maybe it’s because of a milk allergy since we’ve had so many issues with formula. Gave her one bottle she seems to be calming down but I’m so tired of having to switch her all the time and it’s putting a dent in SO’s wallet. I hope this helps her this time 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@halloween_mami, oh I know she did good yesterday but today it’s back to the non stop screaming. Did you ever figure out what was causing it?

@fakoffyeh, me too we’ve tried soy, gentle, regular, just about every option and it just tears her stomach up. She’s definitely calmed down after the bottle, i hope we can get it under control before Monday I go back to work and I’m nervous she will be in pain the whole time I’m at work.

@fakoffyeh, oh yeah that’s what I’m hoping she’s had issues since she was born she started on breast and I was supplementing due to latching issues and decided just to go with formula but it’s been so hard to find something she can tolerate. I’m glad it helped your baby I’ve been trying to avoid it because my doctor has told me to try the milk or soy based before the nutramigen and they don’t like me switching without “asking” but I can’t stand seeing her like that.

@fakoffyeh, my daughters pedi promotes similac out the butt they only suggest advance and soy, plus I really dislike similac because it gets by with the minimum of everything. She was on the advance through wic and did good for the first few days and then she started getting gassy and extremely fussy.

@fakoffyeh, oh it was we tried it and within the first two bottles she was projectile vomiting while trying to choke the formula down. It has just been awful trying to find something she will be able to tolerate even for a few days.
