The biggest issue I’ve had is back pain mainly an awful pinch in my lower left side and boy does my chiropractor sure fix it well but only lasts like 3 days until it comes back and I finally get myself to go again a couple days later. Also bought a big exercise ball (Walmart $8) and it’s been amazinggg. Call me a cliche idc lol
