You have to get your permit 1st. The only thing that is different is you can take the driving test the very next day after because you are over 18. I would not recommend that though. Best to go to the dmv and practice parallel parking with their cones until you get it down perfect.

@annadoran09, I’m not sure but I would imagine they will make you take the pa permit test. I’d call your local dmv and ask.

every state is different I’m sure you have to take your permit test again. After having your permit you can take your drivers test but like the mom before me said i would practice parallel parking first at their testing site . It’s pretty easy though it’s maybe5-10 mins the test. They let you know if you pass after you’re done .
