My son is almost 22 months old and he has always been hyper but lately he’s gotten a lot worse, it takes about 2-3 times of me disciplining to get him to actually listen to me, and the last week or two he has gotten where he is refusing to go to sleep and will only sleep like 4-6 hours thru the night and is also Goin without naps all day.. is this normal for his age ? Is it just a stage he’s going thru ? What can I do to help him stop being so rebellious?

I pop him on his diaper usually or either time out. Somewhat but we live with my grandmother and she’s really bad for Goin behind me when he gets disciplined and picking him up babying him that’s a lot of the problem also...
