Sorry haven’t posted in a while been busy. I have a question for all u moms out there that have a two year old has been through this stage. For the past I’ll say 10 months I have struggled to get my two year old asleep before midnight. I have a specific schedule for her but still she fights me. She wakes around 8am so any suggestions on how early is deemed appropriate for a nap and how long of a nap? Her bedtime is 8pm. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you before hand.
@mommytojames, yeah my oldest was a bad sleeper during infancy as well she woke at all hours of the night. But that stemmed from being the kind that always wanted to be held.
@mrs.letty.luna, sorry about saying that but I had issues concerning meds with cps and I never gave her any meds unless it was needed. So I’m even more cautious with medication.
@mommytojames, she is great with sleeping it’s a battle at bedtime and if I can eliminate at least one fit that would be great. She usually naps at 1pm til 3 or 4 pm should I maybe shorten that?
My 19 month old sleep cycle is no am nap 1230/1 -330/4 nap then bed time no later then 830/9.
@mrs.letty.luna, I’m not into giving my children meds I don’t even like giving them cold medicine unless it’s a absolutely necessary
@chrissymartinez88 no worries sorry hope I'm not judged and maybe a soothing bath or warm milk will help.
My grandma would give me warm milk when I was little..
