@izzyaspie, I did research, and from what I read the only way for it to go back is through physical therapy. Exercise supposedly will do next to nothing or make it worse. 😖 I’m very broken up about this. 😩

Is that the abdominal muscle separation?

@miaheka, oh ya. I have a mild case of that, very common after pregnancy 😭 did u do that little exercise of doing a sit up and feeling your abs with your fingers?

@momma_dee, I had no idea it was even a thing! I’m pretty sure my case is severe though. 😩 Yeah, I did, it made me want to cry. As if I wasn’t insecure enough about my body.

@miaheka, ya it’s weird/ scary. If u think its severe talk to your doctor about those physical therapy exercises that could help. Or I know a tummy tuck can help since the surgeons sew the abdominal muscles back together

@momma_dee, I just might have to! Major surgery for it is only recommended if you plan on not having anymore kids... and I want at least one or a couple more, so physical therapy just might have to do. lol I don’t even have the money for a tummy tuck.🙃😂

@izzyaspie, Lmao that’s my everyday. Sulking and crying about my unnecessary weight. I don’t even look like the number on the scale.😩😭

@momma_dee, I would be okay with a flabby tummy too, if there wasn’t a giant pooch! 😭
