so doctor called me back and told me that something seems off with baby and she’s not as big as she should be so they’re sending me to get checked in a more bigger and better hospital for a more in depth look. She said something about her being in the third percentile but idk what that means I should’ve asked. I’m trying to stay as calm as possible and stay positive. My first daughter was only 6lbs so maybe it’s just how I carry my babies she said but they still want to make sure everything is okay with baby.

3rd percentile means that out of 100 babies the same age as yours in the womb, 97 babies are bigger.

Dont stress mama, the ultra sound isnt always 100% have there been any concerns through out your pregnancy? I dont know why doctors do that they get you all worried when they dont even know for sure them selves. Both my sons were big boys they were same wieght 8 pounds 15 ounces i had to be induced i had healthy pregnancies no gestation they are just big and everything was fine but the doctor had me worried and stressed out with my first son.

I had small babies and they are still small my oldest was in the 2 percent range for the longest time. His 15 month check up was 15% also ultrasounds can be off by 1-2 lbs. don’t worry hun it also has to do with genetics. My boys were 6 lbs full term.
