Forgot to update everyone a few days ago. My first appointment with the RE went great. She agrees with me that if I can get my periods on track conceiving should come on it's own. It was mostly talking and getting my history. I feel like she really listened though unlike when I was visiting my gyn. Had some blood drawn and next step is calling on cycle day 1
