So after reaching a breaking point with co sleeping, Quinn actually slept in her crib for 7 hours last night.. with no fuss! Maybe she could tell I needed a break? 😂
For real though, it was amazing to actually be able to sleep!

Do you swaddle? How long did you swaddle? Was it hard to break the habit of them needing to be swaddled to sleep? Do you swaddle during the day or only at night? Please tell me everything about swaddling!!!
