Today I didn’t sit on the sidelines and watch a child get bullied..I stepped in...

While sitting on the beach today I overheard a couple teenagers picking on a little boy, who seemed to be overweight, but having the time of his life in the water. They were saying such rude things about him, first I shrugged it off but suddenly I couldn’t take it any longer and I finally said something to them..it doesn’t matter what I said or what they were saying...all that matters is I was that kids voice when he wasn’t able to stick up for himself.

It broke my heart knowing that if he had heard what they were saying, he would no longer be enjoying himself, the words they said about him would have turned his day around. Some people need to understand that words hurt and it’s not always funny. Bullying is a really big issue, don’t stand on the side lines when you come across bullying..step in and stop it. 🤘🏻🙏🏼
