Ok. I feel like this is an obvious question/answer. But my son has had watery stool for 4 days now. It started when he threw up a banana from choking and I thought it was from the apple juice I had given him but it wouldn't be going on for this long. Should I take him to a hospital? Urgent care? Or Doctor? Or should I just wait it out. He's also not really eating but he's acting normal (playing etc etc)
