It's not easy raising teenagers, especially in this day and age. There’s social media now. And I'm just at the beginning of my beginning here. Yesterday I had to take some photos with William for a campaign I'm working on with a teenage focus. As we were waiting to start, my husband happened to catch this quick photo of the two of us. We're not looking at the camera. We're not posed perfectly. We were not concerned about lighting or props. It's just a photo of me and my guy talking about school. Pretty simple. Pretty basic. But to me - it's a keeper. In my world of social media pretty pictures are all the rage. The pretty pictures are indeed PRETTY pictures and beautiful and gorgeous and I love taking time to post stuff like that, too.... but it's the real moments that connect with me someone. The special. The mundane. The raw moments. The real ones.
