Do you have a history of early babies? You can be dilated for weeks before actually going into labor. Fingers crossed for you!

I was 3cm dilated and 80% something effaced at 37 and a half weeks pregnant. I didn’t progress at all until I was 39 weeks 1 day. I really stayed at 3cm the whole time no matter what I did

@sourapple87, this is actually my first time every having this issue. All my other babies have been born at 37wks. It’s concerning to my doctor because this pregnancy I have had complications. And my BH are more like preterm contractions

@noahs.mommy, yes see I have my babies at 37wks so this little guy is showing signs of coming early. We hope to keep him in until 37wks but the way my BH have been going I may have be on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy. Which is very hard I have 3 other kids and my baby shower on the 22nd 😩😩

I was 5cm dilated and 75% effaced at 31 weeks and got put on bedrest but baby didn't come tell 40 weeks

@kaitlinl20, oh goodness. My doctor wouldn’t even let me go home at 5cm dilated so I pray I don’t get that far.
