What’s the best thing for Eczema???

I use the eucerin body wash and lotion. When it gets really bad I give dd oatmeal baths.

Changing detergent to a free & clear. We only use Aquaphor for dry spots and diaper rash. Bath we use California baby calendula body wash & shampoo.

For kids? If yes my daughter has eczema and her pedi gave her this cream that cleared it up right away and haven’t came back since then

Prednisone from the doctor..
