I got both my girls ears pierced at 6 months just because I compromise with their dad because he wanted to wait till they say they wanted it but I see it as if they don't want it later and they can take them out it's nothing that's going to hurt them.

After they’re done teething because while they’re teething they tend to pull at their ears. I’d just wait until they ask for it because the backs can fall off and they can put them in their mouths. It can become hazardous in multiple ways

I always said I wouldnt do it until my daughter is old enough to ask but I didn't think she'd ask as early as 3. 🤦 I haven't done it yet because I don't think she understands it'll hurt for a second and I'm kind of scared one of her younger brothers will try to yank them out.
