Ive been getting dizzyness. Any 1 have any ways to get through this?
@patdor49, oh yes that could also be. My sister had to take extra iron with her prenatal vitamins 👍🏻 something to ask your doctor about for sure.
@kasey.m yes we have gatorade and I try to drink 1 a day. I ate a piece of whole wheat bread and it helped a little. I'm thinking my iron could be low too.
When I start feeling really light and weak I drink some Gatorade and it helps a lot. I think it’s just lack of electrolytes since we tend to cut out a lot of sugar and caffeine when we’re pregnant our bodies just get weak easier.
@patdor49, from what I know the rise of hormones causes our blood vessels to relax which causes low blood pressure which causes dizziness at times.
@deadlylove idk I just feel like im slowly swaying back and forth but not nausea. Yesterday when turning around I got vertigo and everything got blurry for a second. Im taking prenatals and drinking lots of water.
Sea bands might help if your getting motion sickness from the dizziness. Sadly I’ve just read most of the time you just have to let it go away in its own.
@deadlylove im drinking water all day and eating. I'm trying to rest but not easy with a toddler.
@patdor49, oh yes get some rest it’s iron or take iron pills. That sounds as probably what it was 😬
