With my last baby I received a lot of things we did not ask for, but I basically used everything except a nursing pillow cover that was for a different brand/shape than mine- I actually still have it in the box, I need to give it away, soaps/lotions and baby powder. What bothered me more was when someone close told me they would buy us something, so we avoided buying and removed from our registry, and then they didn’t follow through- I’m totally okay with ppl changing their mind, but I feel like they should at least mention “btw I decided to get something else for baby, so you might want to put it back on your registry”. Especially if it’s a big ticket item.

@trich006 I'm going to use it, we just don't need it. Everything I don't use I will donate. Idk why people do it at least I'm able to give to those who may need it.

@amysbabies ugh I'm kind of in that situation where I've had two people say they are getting something next month but I'm not sure how true that is. At least it's not something that we have to have instantly, so we are trying to wait it out.

@wolfnurturer, I’m sorry!!! Over-promises are hard to work with- they tend to say what they would like to do, not what they actually can do.

@alaiyasmommy most mothers want to be the best for their children, and everyone has an opinion, but we know what works for our own. Definitely hope I handle two so close in age amazingly well.
