So I finally got a note yesterday saying I can only work 30hrs/wk, and no turn around shifts (like leaving at 11PM, come back at 7AM)... I've been trying to warn my manager for a couple weeks now of when my appt was and that I will be working less hours. OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF MY HEART. And she just never cared and basically didn't believe me, keeps saying how SHE worked in a lumber yard up until the day she gave birth, so I will be fine. Okaaaay? Anyways, so I turn my note in, she was then forced to change her entire schedule around for this week and next week. Some of my coworkers are pissed at me too about this. BIIIITCH I don't give a damn. Look at me. I am pregnant as hell, doing everything y'all doing, working 40hr wks, 8hr days with NOOO BREAKKKS. I am doneeee okay? My doctor was wanting to give me a note saying I need three breaks in 8hr shift, need a stool to sit on, etc... That isn't gonna happen here. But I will be working less hours and what y'all gonna do about it? Hmmm nothing. Byeeee

@melissa_luv228 I work at a gas station, constantly busy.. They legally get away with no breaks because they allow us to eat while we work and to take smoke breaks while taking out the trash 😞 I have been working just as much as everyone else this entire pregnancy and finally got a note for just 30hrs. Everybody is flipping out on me. Oh well... They are sure to forget in a few days I'm sure

@leroydoom It's crazy cause I go to a different gas station by my house sometimes and the people are always just chilling outside, have people up there hanging out, one even asked me "would you mind waiting while I finish my cig" uhhhh yes I mind and no I will not wait. LOL but it doesn't surprise me why I get paid almost $5 more than these fools and our company makes a heck of a lot more money, while I see more of them closing every day.
