Constipation is killing me — prune juice makes me gag and vomit

I@bitchcraft, Apple juice yes and I don’t drink coffee or eat beans lol and bananas I thought were supposed to stop diarrhea?

I have the same problem... And I take three colace stool softners in a day and still nothing... It's the iron pills I am taking that are doing it. So uncomfortable. I am now gonna take some murilax everyday too.

Do you take colace stool softeners? You should, especially if you take iron supplement or prenatal with iron.

Try pear juice. Apple juice didn’t work and prune made me puke.

Yes! I told my doctor I skip taking ny iron because the constipation is killing me even with the colace, she said murilax everyyy day as well

The gas x really helps even if you can't use the bathroom.... Takes away so much pressure

It doesn't help me poop but it surely releases some of the pressure from just the gas
