You mean reduce the days of your cycle? Well... I take over-the-counter meds like ibuprofen, but it doesn’t work for everyone. Also, having sex, exercise regularly and drinking tons of water.

My best suggestion is to talk to your doctor, and ask what’s best for you.

I don’t think periods work that way. It’ll come when it’s gonna come. You can’t make it come early 🤷🏽‍♀️

@simply_mee, I’m not sure about any methods that can make it come faster. I know how to make it shorter though, doing what I mentioned before.
