Heat rash? I get them on my arms and legs when I sweat and have layers on or did not dry enough and put on clothing. It usually itches and if I scratch it then I bleed and it stings. I usually put a cream on it and keep it away from layers and getting sweaty.

@icebergahead, I don’t think so! Not with the way it itches and has been spreading! Plus, I think I’ve had it for over a week now possibly

@sassychef135, okay. It can be many things. You can always book an appt with your PCP. My dermo said it was some kind of rash but I forgot what it is called. I get them more in the Summer months.

Try doing an oatmeal bath. It could be eczema.

Looks like heat rash but if it’s spreading then it could from something you ate, put on your skin, or had contact with something...Best bet is to see a dermatologist if it doesn’t go away in a week.

@sassychef135, My daughter had them when she was small. Aveeno Oatmeal Bath Treatment or hydrocortisone worked wonders for her. You can try them out and hopefully it goes away!😊

@sassychef135, heat, sweat build up, moist skin. I always have to towel dry thoroughly or I will get them. They start out as a small patch and sometimes expand. They are very ugly to look at. Once they start to dry out it itches more . So I try not to disturb it basically.

Go see your doctor honestly because it could be a number of things and it's best to be seen instead of worrying over it especially if it's spreading because all I can think with the way your saying it is bed bugs or something but I'm not sure

Does it itch more at certain times of day? For example at night time?
