@mommie_4 Not at all. I just sauteed onions. Grounded 3 lbs of meat.Seasoned it regularly. Added 2 packs of buritto seasoning and 1 enchilada seasoning. Preheated oven to 350. Added meat to tortilla followed by mexican cheese or colby. Wrapped them one by one til baking dish was full. Poured

Red Sauce( enchilada sauce) over the top. And loaded a bunch of cheese over it.
